Level 112 is no longer a practice in clearing peppermint, as there is one other goal than to deal
with them, and this is to bring down two ingredients. However, this does not mean you can postpone
dealing with peppermint to deal with the ingredients. See, the peppermint divides the board in such a
way that makes it really hard (almost impossible) to create vertical striped candies. We all know how
essential vertical stripes are in ingredients level, so you really have to clear most of the peppermint, if
not all of them. Here’s how:
1. Focus on one side of the board first.
This is one trick to make sure that you wouldn’t be forced to clear each and every peppermint
on screen. First, notice where your first ingredient is located. More often than not, it would be on the
right half of the board. If so, limit the game on the right side. Clear peppermint on the right side of the
board only, and in effect your next ingredients would drop from this part, too!
2. Make vertical stripes:
Once you’ve gotten rid of half the peppermint, it’s time to make some specials. Vertical stripes
are useful in bringing down ingredients as always. Pair one with a wrapped candy and I guarantee you’ll
be hearing Sugar Crush in a few moves.
3. Focus on getting your ingredients down:
Don’t fixate on the peppermint! Remember that you have 4 ingredients to bring down, so focus
