Level 28 is absolutely hard, especially because the jellies are wither hidden underneath meringue blockers, or sandwiched between them. 22 moves won’t be enough most of the time, especially if you are not lucky enough to come up with special combinations. This might be a strategic time to use one of the boosters you’ve been saving up for the rainy days, because if you’re battling level 28 today, then today is one of those “rainy days” Also, take note of these wonderful tips to help alleviate the challenge of this level:
1. Clear the middle column first.
Clearing the middle column would increase the chances of getting special candies, as opposed to starting with the bottom columns. Special candies are especially necessary, so you know what to do!
2. Do not detonate single special candies.
A single striped/wrapped/coloured candy would be virtually useless, so wait ‘til you can mix them with other special candies so you could maximize their effects. Two wrapped candies would clear a lot of jellies, so try to get that specific combination.
3. Do not waste moves!
Remember, you only have 22! Any moves that won’t clear jellies/make special candies are useless, so forget those!
4. Special candies would be useful from here on, so make sure you save up on these by spinning the daily free booster wheel!
